When she came to us, her Google Business Profile was underperforming for the most valuable local search terms. Competing coaches and agencies were outranking her on Google Maps despite her having stronger real-world credentials and a larger client base. The visibility gap was costing her inbound leads.

The Results
Within 45 working days, all 15 target keywords reached the #1 position in Google Maps for Toronto. More importantly, those rankings held – surviving every algorithm update since mid-2023, including Google’s March 2024 Broad Core update.
The result extended beyond Google. As AI-powered search grew, Kathleen Black’s business profile began appearing in Google AI Mode recommendations, ChatGPT responses, Bing Copilot, and Perplexity – all pulling from the same authority signals we built in 2023.
